Budget Rate - Some of our tutors will choose to get paid at this rate because they'd like to build up their profile with us and need to build up their client base. Most new tutors will start at this level and as they prove their experience will move up to the next tier. Always review the tutor's profile, star rating, and comments as price is just one of many factors to consider in selecting a tutor.
Market Rate - Most of our tutors will likely choose to get paid at this rate as it is consistent with what others are charging for tutoring services on average. Always review the tutor's profile, star rating, and comments as price is just one of many factors to consider in selecting a tutor.
Premium Rate - We want to provide you the best options available and frankly an above average tutor is not likely to want to work for average compensation. This tier allows those tutors who have the experience and expertise to set a higher hourly rate to still partner with us.
Get a Do-over - If you complete a session and you are not fully satisfied with it, we will gladly reschedule you with a different tutor at no cost to you. Just give us a call and our customer satisfaction team will coordinate and reschedule your free session.
Full Refund - If you are not completely satisfied with your session, end it within the first 30 minutes and we'll give you a full refund. If you complete your session in its entirety and are still not fully satisfied, we can give you a 50% refund.
